A Note from the Creators

You can know someone for years without ever really knowing them deeply.

Life gets busy. Conversations settle into familiar patterns. We talk about what happened, what needs to get done, and what comes next. We can spend so much time together that we forget to stay curious about one another.

But people change. We change. And there is always more to discover.

We created insync to make it a little easier to slow down, ask a better question, and make room for a conversation that might not have happened otherwise.

The idea was never to tell people how to build a relationship or give them a formula for getting closer. It was to create a simple, intentional way to pay more attention to the people who matter to us.

Sometimes, all it takes is a good question.

A question that makes you pause. That reveals something unexpected. That helps you see someone you thought you knew in a slightly different light.

That’s what we hope these cards create.

Not perfect conversations. Not profound revelations every time. Just more moments of genuine curiosity, honesty, laughter, reflection, and understanding.

Because meaningful connection isn’t something we achieve once and move on from. It’s something we keep practising, together.
